I knocked my leg on a box really hard, it turned multiple colors that went away, but a quarter-sized knot has stayed under the skin. I asked my oncologist if it was a blood clot and he said it wasn't. It doesn't hurt but it has stayed the same size for at least three months. I don't even know what type of doctor should see it, or if this is something that will go away. Do you use hot or cold packs on something like this? It's on the upper inside of the calf.
