Harvest celery before hard frosts

Most modern varieties of celery are best harvested before the frosts.



Recent rain has brought our celery on.  We are using it for soups, stews & braised, as well as raw with cheese.

But we are going to be hard pushed to harvest all the celery before the hard frosts!
