Gaia began her study of massage therapy at The Green Mountain Institute for Integrative Therapy (2005) with an intensive program in Portugal. Her work combines deep tissue, Swedish and Eastern bodywork techniques into a thorough, flowing massage. It is deep, sensitive and accommodating to individual needs.
