I'm a food and fitness fanatic (in that order :)) I'm in remission from Grave's Disease, which has taught me to be completely in tune with my body, recognizing its needs & desires.  I'm also the creator of the Freckled Foodie blog (http://freckledfoodie.wordpress.com) where I document life, eats, workouts, and anything else you can imagine that I'd do on a daily basis.
