I have redesigned the Women's Natural Health Center page to primarily display and feature the most beneficial products, and have removed a lot of the old content (some remains) but have found a new company to represent with great vitamin and herbal remedies

I want to recommend a blog I found that belongs to a really great young woman who is very careful about her weight, and what she puts in her body. The current article is very fun to read as shw describes how she went from Vegan to part time carnivore, and lived to tell of it.

Biking is one of my favorite pastimes for general health and well being. It is about the same benefit as walking, especially if you do it every day for about 30 minutes to an hour. My wife and I ride or walk every day, bar none. If the weather is bad, we walk on the treadmill.  They wrote about me in our local YourHub because they see me on my recumbent bike all the time.  Riding My BikeE in Lakewood
