Could be a blister, boil, cyst or other condition.
If you're lump is not caused by an
STD, They are most likely lichen planus.
Steroid creams and/or UV light therapy are often effective. Search lichen planus of the penis on yahoo. There are some good sites with pics.
You should address this matter to your GP or your urologist to examine and/or
lab testing for a correct diagnosis.

it showed up 2 days after being given oral sex plus masterbation its sore and feels like its just fluid as its not hard plus i think im not fully developed as its can be less than 1 1/2 inches in size not erect and 5 inches erect please help with both of these issues.
