i have a lump on the side on penis that thinks in the skin its the size of a grape?

it showed up 2 days after being given oral sex plus masterbation its sore and feels like its just fluid as its not hard plus i think im not fully developed as its can be less than 1 1/2 inches in size not erect and 5 inches erect please help with both of these issues.
