foot injurey

This past saturday a played in a football and right before the game i was warming up I felt a pop in the bottom of my foot immeadiatly I felt pain but I so tried walking it off and it help a little bit but not much.So hurt foot and all I played and as long  i was playing i felt no pain, but after o my goodness. My right which I am talking about, has been giving me a little touble but it always just go away but I don't thnk it is going to be that simple this time. Do have an idea what I might of done to it.
