Three signs would definately be more than enough. Our weather here has gone crazy. Yesterday was beautifully sunny and today is freezing cold and wet - we are heading into winter - and I hate it. Lucky, Mothers day just gone my husband and children bought me and indoor bike trainer so now I have no excuses to continue training. I hope your knee feels better.
