For those of you who travel regularly but are not interested in carrying a yoga mat, this is a fantastic alternative! Yogamatic.com has created a unique product that is both a towel and a mat-as well as giving you, the buyer, the option of creating your own design! The underside of the mat has a non-slip resistant bottom, while the top side feels like a towel.
Since, I’ve been teaching yoga for three hour stretches at a time, the Yogamatic towel has been an incredibly nice addition for my daily use. I actually use it to cover my yoga mat. My students have LOOOVEEDDD it! They want to sit on it, touch it, feel it, ask me about it…It’s not a distraction, simply another addition to our yoga class as it is way more interesting than their purple ones.
