What is Happening

Hello Everyone,

I have been very good about completing my strectching exercises at different times of the day, thirty (30) minutes at a time.

Meanwhile, I have enjoyed checking out the all the different types of resources available within this community. Too bad I don't have hours and hours of time to spend doing this.

Thank you for reading my journal and posts.

Hello Lela,

Thank you for the support and comments. When an individual suffers from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia they have to make sure to push themselves and at least stretch. Completing the yoga exercises takes me longer than most, however, I feel better after I have completed them. The key is to pace, pace, pace:)
