It was a nice a** kicker of a workout! A Tabata Workout= 8 rounds of 20 work, 10 seconds rest.
Jumping Squats. A big squat with your butt below your knees followed by a jump with high knees.
20″ Box Jumps
Push Press with 32 pounds.
Loving those box jumps, but, sure could use some shoes (my feet always hurt at the end of the workout)!! Anybody have a recomendation for a cross training kind of shoe?!
