Weekly Workout

Here’s my workout plan for the week:

Sunday: 30 minute brisk walk, 3 min planks
Monday:  10 min. solution:  Fat Blasting Dance Mix (incl. Ab Attack)
Tuesday:  30 min. WiiFit (strength and yoga)
Wednesday: 45-60 min. Michael Jackson: The Experience for Wii
Thursday: 30 min. WiiFit (strength and yoga)
Friday: 45-60 min. Michael Jackson: The Experience for Wii
Saturday: 30 min. WiiFit (strength and yoga) and 10 min solution: Fat Blasting Dance Mix (incl. Ab Attack)
