Weekly Weigh In

Posted Feb 18 2013 12:47pm

I’m just going to come out with it.

I got nothing

No excuses from me.

It was my diet.

It was my diet, in the kitchen, with a breadstick.

I’m really having a hard time getting back on track for some reason.

I know I WILL get back on track, but man, my willpower has been crap lately.

I know what I need to do, it’s been difficult for me to actually do it though.

So I apologize.

Right now I can guarantee these things:

I think one of the hardest things to do if you are trying to lose weight is to get back on schedule after you have fallen off.  Maybe it’s just me, but if I take a break from tracking my food and workouts, then I have a very difficult time getting back into the swing of it.

Which obviously means that I should probably consider NOT taking anymore breaks.

So this week, I’m hoping that the kids are now over their sickness, I”ll be back on my schedule, and I can revisit my cleaner eating plans.

To prepare, I did a great workout yesterday, planned my weekly meals, and am going to limit the cheating.

Wish me luck!!  I need it!!
