I know what I need to do, it’s been difficult for me to actually do it though.
So I apologize.
Right now I can guarantee these things:
I think one of the hardest things to do if you are trying to lose weight is to get back on schedule after you have fallen off. Maybe it’s just me, but if I take a break from tracking my food and workouts, then I have a very difficult time getting back into the swing of it.
Which obviously means that I should probably consider NOT taking anymore breaks.
So this week, I’m hoping that the kids are now over their sickness, I”ll be back on my schedule, and I can revisit my cleaner eating plans.
To prepare, I did a great workout yesterday, planned my weekly meals, and am going to limit the cheating.
