When people come to see me they are often nervous and thinking too much. I use yoga to help people get out of there heads and into their bodies. Once they start moving and breathing fully it calms their mind and brings them more clarity so they can connect with the true source of the problem and express themselves easier during the talk therapy portion. -Sara Holliday MFT, CPT
