upper back pain and burning with neck and throat pain

Have upper back pain with burning and neck and throat pain , bone pain ,tiret and dezzie .Im 29 mother of 2 use to exercise daily but past 5 years have been so tiert all the tiem and its not me i used to exercise every day my wb100-103 the moste .Now to tiert to exercise weight now 115 -120 my upper back pain withe the neckand the throt hurts so bad but now even the bones all over my body hurts
