Switching from a Zone Based Diet to a Paleo Diet has it’s challenges

Pictured above is 1/2 of a small watermelon, 1/2 of an avocado, and 1/2 of an egg white frittata packed with veggies, and I thought I was doing ok!?

Weird thinking, so I am not eating any cheese, any cream, or any sugar products, alcohol or oatmeal, we should be able to eat MORE of the other stuff, such as a half a watermelon or 1/2 cup of almond butter…When, we might still be eating TOO MUCH. The bottom line in just three days of attempting a “paleo” it’s not an excuse to overeat!
