I will admit my love affair with sugar. I love it soooo hard I could put Willy Wonka to shame. (note to self: get snozberry wallpaper) This is why I have to be sooooooooooo careful with it. I HAVE to have a little each day, and remind myself of some of its more scary qualities like weight gain, cavities, and ALL OF THESE !!! However, it seems to be fine and happy in moderation. Luckily, I HATE sweet coffee, tea, I’m not a big fan of soda etc. When I want sugar, I want it in chewable form. Pies, cookies, cupcakes, gelato, popsicles, honey on anything. In fact, today for lunch, I drizzled a tiny bit of honey on my peanut butter sandwich. I find that if I have a tiny amount a few times per day, it keeps the beast at bay.
Tonight, (or tomorrow, depending on how long my hub’s arrest takes-he’s a cop) I am going to try out a new fitness class! I will tell you all about it tomorrow!! It looks sooo neat.
