Howdy! How is your Friday afternoon going? My morning went by so quickly that I can’t believe its already 4PM!
I started my day off the way I usually do, with an AWESOME workout.
I took Bodystep this morning. Consensus: I. LOVED. IT! This is not your mama’s step class. This class was high intensity and nonstop. I eat my words once again…step is awesome. I want to teach it!
Here are my HRM stats from this morning’s workout:
(Side note: the class was an hour long; I burned about 560 calories in the class; I also did biceps and triceps afterward).
Read about and watch a snippet of the new Bodystep release here . What you see on the video is just a fraction of the workout we did…it was INSANE. If you haven’t tried a Bodystep class, you MUST. Its awesome.
I am adding Bodystep to my workout schedule…I will now be starting and ending my week with a step class. Who am I right now?!
After the gym, a friend and I got our 3 year old boys together for a park and lunch date, which was nice because Caleb really got to expend some of that energy he’s got…afterwards, he was down for a nap in less than 30 minutes. Woohoo!
On the agenda for the rest of today: cleaning up and enjoying the family…have a good day!
