Results: Body Composition Analysis

It’s true, I took my body fat test today and in fact I am too fat! Corpulent, even. No, not really, but for as hard as I work, there is simply too much fat on me. Even more of a fact is that I shrank– like in height. I swear I graduated high school at 5’6″ but today I’m only 5.5 WTH?!

So, how the heck did my weight creep up so high? Too much food, period.

Two years ago, my husband and I did a 30 day “paleo” challenge and as I recall, I blew the challenge on the 23rd day with an enormous Orca cookie topped with whipped cream and covered in chocolate. I also don’t remember having any finished results -like weight or body composition.

Tomorrow, starts a new challenge and a new day. This one requires food photos of ALL foods. It requires that we do weekly check-ins and has started us off with a body fat test and will finish with a body fat test. It will require 3 cups of veggies per meal with some proteins and fat and absolutely no fruits/sugars/alcohol/grains/dairy of any kind. period. Honestly, I am nervous and a little stressed about it. Not necessarily in the food choices but in actually EATING all that is required.

The question is can I do it?
