Recipe for April Fool’s Day Dinner!

Yes, it’s guess the protein dinner! Ha, is it chicken, shrimp, tofu or sausage??

Recipe is a Rachel Classic- saute all vegetables in the house with olive oil (1-2 teaspoons), salt, pepper and garlic add protein and serve. The greener the better! This dinner came complete with a side dish of more vegetables…
