Reasons Why

Let's face it. Not all of us are athletic and most of us probably don't even enjoy working out that much. We would probably prefer sitting on the couch munching chocolate. However, working out makes us feel so good once it's said and done that we keep coming back for more! And with our new mommy bodies (nothing seems to be the same after baby, does it?), we need the workouts!

So, let's motivate eachother with our reasons. WHY do you work out?
