“Yoga is truly for EVERY BODY! In fact I just read a great article in American Fitness about a full bodied yoga instructor who created a DVD called “ Change the Image of Yoga ” which shows one can practice yoga at any weight.
There are many different types of yoga such as Hatha: used to slowly stretch, reduce stress, and create relaxation, Vinyasa: a flowing style of postures and poses, or Kundalini: balancing energy in your body. I recommend you try several different types of yoga and instructors until you find the perfect fit.
