Postpartum Weight Loss- Snack to Lose Weight

How many hours has it been since you ate something?  A common mistake people make when they want to lose weight is to deprive themselves- they eat too little, and wait too long before their next meal.  One of the simplest ways to lose weight is to snack when your body is hungry.  Of course chose snacks that will fuel your body such as nuts, apple w/ lowfat cheese, protien bar, or high fiber cereal.
