Postpartum Weight Loss- Exercises to Boost Libido

To Sara of Fit by Sara: “Since I had my baby I’ve had little sexual desire and I think it has a lot to do with my weight gain.  Do you have any suggestions of exercises I can do to boost my libido?”

From Sara of Fit by Sara: “It’s very common for many women to lose libido after baby because of exhaustion and weight gain/ feeling unattractive.  Several yoga postures have been found to boost libido because it brings the bloold flow to the genitals.  Postures include “camel” and “butterly”.  Click here for more info: yoga to boost sex drive  .  Along with yoga, in general most exercises that increase your heart rate will help you lose weight and increase your energy if done on a consistent basis.  I also recommend scheduling a date night once a week.  Keep the focus on the two of you vs. work and kids.  Reconnecting on an emotional level will help boost your desire.”
