For those of you who know me in person know that I literally wear knee socks every single day. For years, I’ve skinned my shins on barbells, benches, anything on the floor in the kitchen…. Then, with the addition of crossfit and barbells, long socks have become a must. In addition, to loving how they look and feel on, they offer a buffer between my lovely shins and the barbell. Also, a little bit of style and fun is also good!
So, I had the amazing opportunity to try out Darn Tough Women’s knee socks. These socks are seriously bad a**! They are clearly the strongest, most well made pair of socks I have ever owned and I doubt they will get holes in the toes any time soon (like other brands I can think of). Price ranges from $17 for a pair and although I’m sure the company didn’t design these socks for me to be lifting weight in them, I will use them any time I’m skiing, hiking or hanging out in the cold weather!
I can highly recommend these socks to all of you who bike, run, hike or ski outdoors. This is a well made brand that prides itself on it’s quality.
