I have been gluten free for a long time now and I’ve never really branched into the “gluten free” market for alternatives to the same types of foods..such as cereals, breads, or pastas. Number one, those products are expensive and number two, I’ve always felt that these foods weren’t any better than a whole grain food. They are also high in carbohydrates and low in nutrients. Spinach for breakfast, heck yeah!
