There are so many things to think about when it comes to pregnancy and trying to conceive. Besides the money, the house, the car, the crib, the diaper pins, the sleepers, there's mommy's body to consider. Having already given birth to a son, I know what pregnancy can do to a body. I want to ensure next time around that I am working out, eating right, and setting myself up for the best pregnancy I can. I want to make sure all the hard work I've put in working out and changing my lifestyle (still have a ways to go but have made major changes to my diet and exercise regimen) isn't all for naught.
I plan to continue yoga and Muay Thai kickboxing. I also plan to continue seeing my dietician. This time around, she can help me plan a healthy pregnancy, rather than help me lose weight after having a child, as she has in the past. I want to resist the cravings and continue creating a fit body. Just because I'm a mama doesn't mean I can't be a fit one!
