I am almost 10 weeks post natal and have started having a brownish discharge. Is this my period?

I had my son almost 10 weeks ago by ceasarean.  The lochia bleeding tapered off after about 3 weeks.  Just this week I started having a brownish discharge.  We have had sex twice since birth and used condoms both times.  Is this normal?  Is it my period or is it something else?  I read that it could be pregnancy, and I'm terrified.
