
Ah motherhood, it saps the life out of you some days! Just make sure you're drinking 8 glasses of water daily, getting 8 hours of sleep and that you give yourself some me time! Having time to yourself is essential to staying sane.
Also, workout or go for a jog or walk twice or thrice a week. Just a little exercise will up your energy levels and make you feel better.
