I am 100 lbs. bigger then when my first child was born. I now have two kids and need to lose all of the excess weight.

How can I lose all of the excess weight within 6-8 months, without taking a diet pill? I need all of the help I can get and I am willing to do anything to lose the weight. My stress level is really high and I think that is one of the reasons why I am having trouble but I need to know how many calories I am allowed to have and what all I need to eat. I weigh 240lbs. now. I need the quickest and most effective way to lose 100lbs in 6-8 months. It cannot be anything that cost to much money because my family is on a very strict budget.

Working out at home! You can order dvds from: http://www.beachbodycoach.com/COACHSUSHI

they range from 19$-50$. And htey work, trust me. I lost 20% bodyfat doing those workouts.

You can also change your diet drastically. Don't eat out. Only eat lean proteins like chicken and fish. No more chips, cookies, soda pop.  I know it's hard with kids, they want the chicken nuggets and spegettios but you gotta make a stand for yourself and eat better. This helps you AND influences them.

Think about it, you're their biggest role model. If you exercise and eat well, they will too. And those are values they will take with them into adulthood.

Drink 8 glasses of water, the more hydrated you are the better your body functions and processes foods. If you feel hungry when you know you shouldn't be, drink water. I'll help sedate your hunger.

Go for walks!  Short jogs. If you have a bike, ride it! Just do something for over 20 minutes to start burning some calories!

Another great tip is when you are doing dishes or laundry, stand with your heels elevated. Not on your tip toes, just elevated up a little bit. This will cause your muscles in your calves and thighs to work more and even burn calories if you're chores take long enough!

Also, don't sit too long. We all do it. We sit down on our computers, read our emails and get lost in cyberspace. Just try and not sit for too long at a time. It is actually counter productive to any exercise you are doing!
