The first day, I tried Teriyaki Chicken with Mangoes and Papaya. Delicious! Only 60 calories, .5 grams of fat and 8 grams of protein for a great after-workout snack. They are a little high on sodium at 290-310 mgs, but if you are only having one a day, I think that’s fine. Throughout the next 2 weeks, I tried each of the flavors. I’d say my 2 favorites are the Teriyaki Beef with Pineapples, and the Beef with Apples and Cherries.

My kids are picky eaters so they found the jerky just a bit on the spicy side, but I think many kids would really enjoy these as a snack. They are such a great alternative to chips or sugary snacks.
