When processed, cauliflower looks, tastes and has the same consistency as rice!
1. Chop up the cauliflower a bit
2. Throw it in a food processor for a while
3. Put it in a microwave safe dish with about a tablespoon of water and heat for around 3-4 minutes.
4. Garnish with whatever you normally would rice!
