Healthy Drink Recipes with Cheribundi – Two Giveaways & Blog Hop Too: Win a Case or a Cherry Tree!

I am so excited to be one of the featured blogs for RunningLivingLoving.com ‘s Cheribundi Blog Hop & Giveaway Extravaganza. Toni brought together some fellow bloggers to participate. My Topic is Healthy Summer Drink Recipes. What a fun way to try Cheribundi in differented drinks and cocktails. It has been a lot of fun researching cool and refreshing recipes to share with you. Hmm, it’s happy hour somewhere, right? There is nothing wrong with taste testing for you on a Monday morning. Oh, the sacrifices I make for my readers.

Did you know that tart cherry juice has some amazing health benefits? According to Cheribundi, “Rich with nutrients, tart cherries can help you recover from exercise, sleep better, and in general, live life to the fullest because you feel better. Instead of eating 50 cherries a day, you can get the same benefits by drinking cheribundi™.”

 

Healthy Drink Recipes for Summer

So refreshing!!

Here are a few of my favorite drink recipes including Cheribundi’s great tart cherry juice. The first three have alcohol, but I am sure they would be delicious with no alcohol as well.

Drink Recipes With Alcohol Cherry Gin Fizz 

  • One shot Gin
  • 1 cup Tonic Water
  • 2 tablespoons Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice
  • 3-4 chunks of fresh strawberries

Calories: Approximately 120

Crancherry Bubbly

  • One shot Vodka
  • 1 cup 7-up (can use diet to reduce calories)
  • 1/4 cup Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice
  • 3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Approximately 200 Calories. Reduces to about 100 with diet 7up

Butterfly Flutter

  • 2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 2 tbsp. Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1 cup Cranberry juice
  • 2 whole Cherries

Approximately 150 Calories

Drink Recipes Without Alcohol

Very Berry Refresher

  • 5 blueberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • 1/4 cup Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 cup strawberry flavored sparklin water

Cherry Crush

  • 1/4 cup Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Splash of club soda

Approximately 100 Calories
