Great Workout for Moms: “Man Makers”

The name of the exercise is funny, I know, I didn’t think of it!! But, this would be a great way to get a kick start on your fitness in just a few minutes, kids can be running around, and you can get stronger with this one exercise.

Man Makers:

You will need two hand weights or soup cans to complete this exercise! Go as heavy as possible….

Holding Handweights Squat down to the ground.
Jump Back to Plank Position
Do One Pushup
With your right hand, do one row.
Do One Pushup
With your left hand, do one row.
Jump back to a squat position
Stand Up
Do one Shoulder Press

This entire cycle is one repetition! Shoot for 50!
