Get ALL the kids involved-special needs article

Though it's important for us to remember to exercise, and to get our kids involved, what about special needs children? How do we make sure they're getting adequate exercise. Not only is an article of this sort good for moms (perhaps you run play groups with special needs kids or have a special needs child at home), but it's good for administrators of schools, daycares, and play centers to become familiar themselves with what works.
