My favorite thing to do post-WOD is take a hot Epsom salt bath! This usually occurs after the kids are in bed and it’s my time and my way of winding down from the day and also taking care of business. Epsom salts have been shown to possibly help with recovery and muscle soreness. This type of bath was also recommended to me by my medical massage therapist and I’ve used it weekly for years! Anyway…in addition to long hot epsom salts, women athletes of all ages always love frilly body washes, lotions and scrubs for pre-post or before a date night!
