Ok, so, this is a failed Muscle Up attempt, however, I had JUST GOTTEN ONE FULL SWINGING Muscle Up right before this video was taken. I have two witnesses too, hahaha… Very happy moment. Next up will be to get 5 in a row. Ouch, wonder how long that will take? Also, gotta thank my cheering section in the video, Mandy!
Yep, pictured above is my fun-filled red Target wagon hauled all of my colorful PE equipment and my very handy inexpensive boom box with a ipod player. Yeah, for technology!
As for the yoga, even after just one week of teaching it, I REMEMBER and LOVE how it helps my body be less stiff following all the lifting I do. I’m looking forward to teaching my kids how to do handstands and headstands in yoga, they always love that.
After following Rudy’s Outlaw program for the last 12 weeks, I’m happy to report the I improved my strength in five different areas. My weaknesses still include Handstand Pushups and my stupid head. Need to remain ultra ultra upbeat all the time. Keep the focus on myself and not let anyone’s stuff wreck my day. I am super grateful to have this blog to document the ups and downs and to always remind myself that life is good.
Here are my kids who are super excited to have finished a mountain bike ride with their daddy! Had to get the fat, hairy cat in there too. Can’t be married to a vet without having multiple animals around.
