I finally got around to excersizing today. I read somebody's blog about it so I got up and did it. (It helps that I am on my first day of vacation too.) I have an aerobics video with four different workouts, ranging from 10 minutes to one hour. I did the 10 minute video, which is the most fast-paced, then I did the elliptical for 20 minutes. I was going to do the 10 min video again, but I was sweating up a storm and decided to stop. My elliptical said I burned 130 calories, but then I got onto www.caloriesperhour.com and it said I only burned 50. Pooh! Oh well, at least I did something.
BTW: I love my video because on all the workouts it only has about two or three moves that I just point blank cannot do. I call it aerobics for fat people. I have tried tons and there is so much out there that a fat person just cannot do, like pilates.
I mainly stick to swimming, walking, spinning, or aerobics for excersize. It was fun, though.
