Encourage Healthy Eating in Teens

Teenagers are at that point where they are starting to take control. This includes wanting more say over the foods they eat. It's so important at this age to encourage kids to eat a healthy breakfast. Busy schedules, late nights, and the desire to drop a few pounds may all contribute to your teenager's desire to skip the most important meal.
