Last year I did exercises in the morning like lying down on my back and lifting my foot up and reaching it with my hand, I do sit up some exercises to make my stomach a little smaller I have to stop doing that because I felt some discomfort on my upper right quadrant, I think I've got pulled muscle because now if I'm going to try the foot lifting exercise I feel there is a re-action on my right side muscle so I do stop that exercise but still even I'm not doing that I still feel discomfort no pain only discomfort.
