Grain Products- 5 or more toddler-sized servings per day Example of a serving: 4-6 crackers

Vegetables & Fruits- 5 or more toddler-sized servings per day Example of a serving: 2-4 tbsp fresh, frozen or canned vegetables or fruit

Milk Products- 4-5 toddler-sized servings per day Example of a serving: 1/2 cup whole milk (toddlers should drink a total of 2 cups whole milk everyday or breastmilk as desired)

Meat & Alternatives- 4-5 toddler-sized servings per day Example of a serving: 1 egg
