You Need to wait a little while before you start doing this one...but it will get your stomach into gear quick! Boat pose is a yoga basically put your body in the position of a boat and then hold it there for five deep breaths. You then cross your legs, lift yourself off the ground, then back into boat pose for 5 more breaths. Do that 5 times in a row everyday...believe me, your stomach will be back in shape!
