Fish is an amazing source of nutrition, but many of us were totally turned off by the evil fish stick of our childhoods! Times have changed. Now we know that fish doesn't have to taste fishy. Tilapia is a wonderful example of a very mild fish that you can dress up for kids, or alternately - sneak into other foods!
