As moms, we all know that it can be tough to balance work, kids, husband, nutrition, and fitness. Fitness for Moms is the kind of community in which we an support one another in our efforts to remain sane. I hope that we can all give each other support, answers, and friendship in this community. Moms need to stick together to muddle through the every day chaos that is our existence!
Please feel free to come to with any questions, any concerns, and any event announcements you might have (I will be happy to post them for you.) I want to make this a place for moms to gather and learn, a community in which we can find the info we seek, and a community we're happy to be part of.
