i noticed you had a post about DBT and having just gone through a lot of mental health counseling/treatment, i've actually found DBT really useful. pair it up with CBT and a desire to change, you'll be well equipped. good luck with everything, and hang on to hope. life gets better, you have the power to make it as amazing as you dream of it being :)
