would it b safe to take 50mgs of topamax while taking 20mg of prozac, 300mg of lyrica?

i take all of the above listed, well 75mg of lyrica in the morning then at 12:00, and 4:00. then i take 50mgs of seroquel at 9:30. i just dont want to mess up my system with 2 much.
