Shingles and Fibromyalgia

I hurt so bad all the time, all over and can't seem to get a dr. to seem to care.  I had shingles several years ago and everything seems to have gotten orse. Got postherpetic neuralgia after the shingles.  That was painful but was seeing a pain dr. who was giving me meds.  Did this for several years but moved out of state & can't find a dr. to help. No one takes me serious. Just wanted to vent.  If you know any dr. in AR that will help, please let me know.
