Mamavation Monday Week 3

It is the start of Week number 3 here on my Mamavation posts.  I lost 3 pounds this week which is not too bad as a beginning.  I will continue to drink my water and record what I am eating.  As the weather continues to get nicer, I will get outside and walk as much as I can, legs willing.  I will also continue to make healthier meals for my family and me.  I want to keep adding fruits and vegetables to our menu and get rid of the processed food in the cupboards!


Today is also the day that the 5 finalists were announced for Momavation Moms.  Unfortunately I wasn't picked as one of the five but that doesn't mean anything other than I am not a finalist.  I am committed to Mamavation for me, my family and my health.  Losing weight for me will be hard because of my sickness and medications but I have to try and I will continue to try.


Please go support the finalists, watch their videos and vote for your favorite.  Go here to vote now!  They are 5 awesome women and deserve support from all of us.  To put themselves out to everyone on the internet is such an awesome beginning to weight loss.  Let's keep it real and applaud each and everyone of them.
