Mamavation Monday - "Move It & Lose It Challenge" Week 2

I can't believe it already the start of week two of this challenge. Does the time go fast for you or is it just this old girl? I write a post and the next thing I know is that one week has passed by. Here is my weight for the start of the week:
I am down 5 lbs from when I started Mamavation and 2.8 from last week. I know it is all from watching my points the last 4 days. It has really helped.
When I say watching my points.....this is what I mean. I took a positive step and decided to join Weight Watchers online. This worked for me really well the last time I decided to lose weight. This was about 6 months after having my Superhero and about 6 months prior to getting really sick. I lost more than 50 pounds just by tracking my food and watching my daily points. It really worked so I thought I would go back to an old friend.
I haven't done much moving other than daily steps so that is my goal for the week. I had 5 fairly good days until this past weekend and then I had 3 bad days again. That is how my body goes. I am thankful for those 5 days but I get nervous about moving too much. I don't want to put myself into a flare. This is a recurring theme but I just can't let that stop me. I am determined to lose weight despite this illness and despite my fears! It will not run my life.
So I will use the Wii a little each day and I will wear my pedometer each day so I can increase my steps. Keepting track of steps is just like keeping track of food......if I know how many I did one day, I can increase my goal for the next day!
