I have had inguinal lymph node swelling and tenderness for over two weeks now. It started on my right side and is now on my lef

I have Fibromyalgia and suspect myofascia pain syndrome as well.  I also have hashimotos hypothyroidism.  The pain in my groin area just started a bout two weeks ago in the right side and now is in the left side as well.  Is this just another symptom of Fibro or could it be something serious?
